FAMILY, PRIVATE LIFE AND SETTLEMENT
- Immigration applications involving family or private life can depend upon the applicant's individual circumstances, immigration history, relationships and supporting evidence.
 - We can consider the relevant route and advise on the information and documentation which may be required.
 - Where a person is seeking settlement or indefinite leave to remain, we can consider their immigration history and the requirements of the relevant route before advising on the application.
 - New applications under the dedicated refugee family reunion route are currently suspended. We can consider enquiries concerning applications made before the suspension, refusals or appeals, and whether another family or human-rights route may be available.
WORK, BUSINESS IMMIGRATION AND SPONSORSHIP
- We can consider applications under the Skilled Worker and other relevant work routes, together with Global Business Mobility, Global Talent and Innovator Founder applications.
 - We can advise employers on sponsor licence applications, sponsor duties and compliance, and the allocation and assignment of Certificates of Sponsorship through the Sponsorship Management System.
 - A Certificate of Sponsorship is an electronic record assigned by a licensed sponsor. Sponsorship does not guarantee that a visa application will be granted.
 - Whether we can assist will depend upon the immigration route, the circumstances and the scope of work required.
ASYLUM, PROTECTION AND FURTHER SUBMISSIONS
- We can advise on certain asylum and protection matters which we are able to undertake.
 - This may include considering previous decisions and evidence and advising on further submissions where a person has previously had an asylum or human rights claim refused and there is new material which may require consideration.
 - Whether we are able to accept a particular asylum or protection matter will depend upon the circumstances and the nature of the work required.
APPEALS, ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEWS AND JUDICIAL REVIEW
- Where an immigration application has been refused or another adverse decision has been made, we can consider the decision and advise on any available right of appeal, administrative review or other remedy.
 - Where there is no adequate alternative remedy and judicial review may be appropriate, we can consider preparing a letter before claim under the Pre-Action Protocol for Judicial Review and, where agreed, judicial review proceedings.
 - Appeals, administrative reviews and judicial review claims are subject to strict time limits. A pre-action letter does not suspend or extend the applicable time limit, and advice should be sought without delay.
 - Whether we can accept a challenge will depend upon its merits, urgency, complexity and the work required.
FEE WAIVER APPLICATIONS
- In certain immigration matters, an applicant who cannot afford the relevant Home Office application fee may be able to seek a fee waiver where the applicable requirements are met.
 - We can consider the applicant's financial circumstances and supporting evidence and advise on the preparation of a fee waiver application where appropriate.
